Refund policy

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • For returns/exchange of items that are not on sale - A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided. Cash/ Monetary refunds are not provided.
  • In case the product does not fit, you can exchange the same within 7 days for a different size or a credit note.
  • Monetary refund will not be provided
  • Item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
  • It should be in its original packaging along with the tags
  • Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged/returned.

 

OUR PROCESS

In the event of an exchange, the product should be returned to us in the same condition as you received it with its original tags and packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery. The customer shall self-ship the goods to us in case of an exchange at the following address:

Once received, we will check the product and if it qualifies the quality check, the exchange request will be processed. We will send you an email about the same. 

For the goods to be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods have the original tags
  • Goods are not used or damaged
  • Goods purchased were not on sale

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Products that have been customised can not be exchanged, however we can alter them if need be.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

We continually strive to deliver nothing but the best quality products to our customers. All our pieces are thoroughly checked before leaving the warehouse. 

However, in the rare case of any damages kindly inform us within 36 hours of receiving the product.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please WhatsApp us on +91 9818199506 or write to us at trendyaffairclothing@gmail.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

In prepaid orders, a credit note will be provided.
